Free Bird Falconry is a small business that uses birds of prey for education and to control problem gulls.

My name is Julia, and I am pictured here with my star "employee" Honey. Honey is a female Harris Hawk who is trained to come when called, and to chase gulls. I can say with confidence that she definitely loves her job.

Honey and I have years of experience doing gull control at landfills and industrial areas. Gulls can become a huge problem when they choose your property as a nesting or feeding site. Their excrement will damage buildings, equipment and vehicles. Nesting gulls are highly aggressive and will attack people walking in the area. I will bring hawks to your site and fly them to scare the gulls away and remove nests in accordance with Canadian Wildlife Service permits.
I am also available for educational presentations in schools, camps, etc. I have special rates for charitable organizations so please contact me.
